FLUXATH provides business automation, CRM, paid advertising, call answering, and related business services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: FLUXATH Follow-up
Description: FLUXATH sends text messages to individuals who opt in at fluxath.com/sms-consentby submitting their mobile number and checking a consent box that is not checked by default. Messages include fit-check results (a fit check is a short assessment of whether FLUXATH's services fit your business), appointment reminders, and follow-ups to conversations you have had with FLUXATH. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. No other opt-in method is used.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To get help: Reply HELP to any message or email support@fluxath.com.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive no further SMS messages from this program.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe on the rights of others, or to transmit harmful or fraudulent content.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by or licensed to FLUXATH. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
