FLUXATH

Automation, minus the agency theater.

FLUXATH is a small automation studio. No account managers, no 40-slide decks — the person you talk to on the first call is the person who builds your system.

We built these tools for ourselves first.

FLUXATH didn't start as an agency. It started as a pile of internal tools — voice agents, a CRM we actually liked using, scrapers that turned “who should we call?” into a finished call sheet. We built them because we needed them.

Somewhere along the way we noticed the businesses around us bleeding the same revenue every week: calls ringing out while everyone's on a job, leads going cold in an inbox, follow-up living on sticky notes. Not a talent problem — a systems problem. The exact one we'd already solved for ourselves.

So that became the business: take the systems, fit them to your operation, and stay until they're earning their keep.

From the fit-check call to answering real calls

The stack we actually use.

Boring, proven infrastructure — assembled well and monitored after launch. No white-label mystery software, no tool we wouldn't run our own business on. Because we do.

Three rules we don't break

Fast beats perfect

A system that goes live in two weeks and gets tuned on real calls beats the six-month build every time. We ship early, then let the calls tell us what to fix.

Fewer moving parts

We'd rather wire three good tools together properly than duct-tape ten. Fewer integrations means fewer 2am failures — and a system the next person can actually understand.

Count what matters

Deliverables are easy. We count answered calls, worked leads, and booked jobs — if a build doesn't move one of those, it didn't work, no matter how clever it was.

We take on a few builds at a time.

That's how the work stays good. If the fit-check says we can help, you'll usually be live inside two weeks.
